This recipe is for all tea lovers and health conscious and sweets lovers out there. This recipe is rich in the goodness of Matcha green tea containing antioxidants and which is super good for your health. We will be using coconut fudge as a base recipe.

So let us see the ingredients and procedure.

Ingredients required

  • 4 cups of Low fat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 2 ¼ cup of stevia
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut butter
  • ¼ cup of metamucil(homemade)
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut

Procedure of making matcha green tea coconut fudge:

  • Step 1: Mix cottage cheese, vanilla paste, matcha powder and sweetener well in a food processor or blender to make a smooth puree.
  • Step 2: Add the coconut butter(melted) and sprinkle metamucil while blending.
  • Step 3: Cover a brownie pan of 8” with parchment paper.
  • Step 4: Place some of this mixture onto the brownie pan and spread it to make it flat.
  • Step 5: Freeze it for about 2 hours.
  • Step 6: Take shredded coconut in a separate large bowl.
  • Step 7: After 2 hours, Cut the fudge into pieces and coat by the shredded coconut by placing them in the bowl and then place these pieces on a plate.
  • Step 8: Refrigerate them overnight without covering the fudge.
