- Coconut butter - ½ cup
- Almond flour - 5 tablespoons
- Powdered sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Japanese matcha tea powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dark chocolate (chopped) - 1 cup
- Coconut oil- 1 teaspoon
And for garnishing: -
- Matcha tea powder - ⅛ teaspoon
- Sea salt - less than a pinch
- Cacao nibs
Steps for making:
Step 1: Mix coconut butter, almond flour, powdered sugar and Japanese matcha tea powder in a small bowl and keep it in refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile the batter is in refrigerator, melt the chocolate and transfer it to a glass bowl.
For best results, keep them at the room temperature for 5 minutes before eating.
